Tranquility - Organic Herbal Tea Blend

Tranquility is a blend of organic natural relaxant herbs. This tea blend can help relax the nervous system and muscles; Thus, assisting to relieve cramps and muscle aches, anxiety & stress.

Tranquility can also be used as a sleep aid to help with insomnia or trouble sleeping, as well as assist in bringing one to a deeper, more peaceful sleep state.

Tranquility has a medium potency so we recommend to drink a average mug once or twice a day. Ideally before relaxing, sleeping & or winding down.

NOTE: The longer you boil the herbs the stronger the potency level will be. First, fill up a small pot of water and bring it to a boil. After water is boiling, add a tablespoon of the herbal blend. Then, you can allow tea to boil for 5 minutes and turn off heat. Finally, let your tea cool off and enjoy!
